QUESTIONS ABOUT REDEEMER SMALL BATCH
Where is the hemp for REDEEMER Small Batch grown?
Our family has a small hemp farm in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Northern Colorado, that is the only place REDEEMER Small Batch hemp is sourced.
Is REDEEMER Small Batch organic?
Although we are not yet organic certified, we practice organic farming in hopes of becoming organic certified in the future. All pesticides, mildewcides, and herbicides used on our plants are 100% organic (Hemp is a fibrous plant that holds on to everything, so we take extreme care to not spray harsh chemicals on the plants.)
What is your extraction process?
Our extraction process is patent protected. It is a method for modifying the already low-THC content in a lipid-based extract of our organic Hemp that yields an incredible and exclusive Full Spectrum product.
This is the lowest impact extraction on the market. These are the only ingredients used: Water, hemp, organic MCT and coconut oil. No solvents, Ever.
Does REDEEMER Small Batch third party lab test? Is it necessary?
Third-party lab testing is when a private party not affiliated with the manufacturer or distributor performs a scientific analysis of a product. With a lack of federal regulation, there is no standardized process for testing CBD. We choose to adhere to Colorado’s state regulations because they are some of the strictest in the country.
Third-party lab testing provides a neutral, unbiased source of information. It benefits the consumer because it’s transparent, unaltered, and accurate. Third party testing ensures potency and purity the consumer can trust. The hemp in REDEEMER Small Batch is tested at the farm, and again post extraction to ensure our product is safe and we can guarantee its quality. You can access the batch reports for all of our products here.
Is REDEEMER Small Batch safe for people with dietary restrictions?
You know it! We designed REDEEMER so everyone can partake. All of our products are vegan, gluten-free, kosher, and grown using organic practices.
Which REDEEMER Small Batch product is right for me?
We suggest thinking about why you want to add CBD to your routine, and what benefit you are hoping for. Set realistic expectations of what CBD can do for you- though it can support body and mind in a myriad of ways, it does not perform miracles.
For those who are new to cannabinoids and their therapeutic effects, we suggest starting with our 10mg capsules. This is an easy way to get your feet wet, they are perfectly dosed so you know exactly how much you are taking as you seek to find your perfect dose.
Start with a 10mg capsule twice daily.
After a few days, self assess and determine what kind of an impact that amount and frequency is having on you. Increase or decrease depending on your desired effect. You can adjust dose or frequency to help narrow in on your perfect dose.
You may find that taking a couple of 10mg at a time gives you your desired effect, and from there you can move up to the 25mg capsules, etc.
Everyone is unique, with a different body chemistry, and different needs.
There is no ‘one dose fits all’ with CBD but there is a ‘dose for everyone.’
If you have questions about dosing, or any of the products we carry- drop us a line here.
How should I store my REDEEMER Small Batch Products?
Best kept it in the fridge, but any cool dry place away from sunlight will do.
How should I dispose of REDEEMER Small Batch Packaging?
In an industry that is extremely wasteful with single use plastic, we made sure to consider how we could do more with our packaging.
REDEEMER capsule packaging is biodegradable and can be composted or thrown into the regular garbage where it will quickly disintegrate.
REDEEMER DROPS bottles are recyclable, and can be tossed into your regular glass recycling program.
Why does the oil inside my capsules appear solid or crystalline?
In order to keep our products as close to the natural state of hemp as possible, the only ingredients we use in our capsules are coconut oil and hemp. The oil will react to temperature in the exact same way as coconut oil. It will solidify/crystalize at temperatures below 76°F (24°C).
To get the oil in the capsule liquid again, hold it in your hand and it will return to a rich green liquid.
Why does my current batch of REDEEMER CBD slightly differ in color from the last one I ordered?
Products that are made with ingredients grown in nature sometimes vary slightly from batch to batch. REDEEMER Small Batch products are not made with any additives or dyes to standardize their color. Only 100% natural CBD oil. If you experience a color difference from product to product that is due to the seasonal or varietal variation in our hemp plants.
Each batch is thoroughly tested to ensure that the amount of hemp extract is pure and consistent.

QUESTIONS ABOUT CBD
What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a cannabinoid, (a chemical compound found in hemp) that can be extracted from the flowers of hemp plants. Pre-clinical and clinical studies are suggesting that CBD has “broad therapeutic value.”
What does ‘Full Spectrum’ mean?
You may have noticed words like “isolate,” “broad spectrum,” and “full spectrum” when describing the different CBD products on the market. The differences in these types of CBD are significant.
Isolate- This type extracts only CBD, eliminating all other beneficial cannabinoids.
Broad Spectrum- This type is more of a maker's blend where certain cannabinoids are selected while others are left out.
Full Spectrum- This type has the most robust and diverse cannabinoid profile, preserving all of the therapeutic cannabinoids, (including 0.3% or less of THC in accordance with the legal limits,) and other compounds found in hemp.
Full spectrum is believed, (and supported by industry experts and some preliminary research,) to harness more power from hemp. It uses the whole plant to produce a rich and earthy extract that contains cannabinoids, terpenes, chlorophyll, plant sterols, and natural vitamin E.
Cannabinoids are synergistic, meaning they are working at their best when working together.
What is the ‘Entourage Effect’?
This term is often used when talking about the benefits of ‘Full Spectrum’ CBD like REDEEMER Small Batch.
The Entourage Effect is a phrase coined in 1998 by two Israeli scientists that describes their findings that the entire spectrum of natural chemicals found in cannabis is more beneficial than only taking a single molecule compound.
Is CBD Legal?
Yup! CBD is legal in all 50 states. The 2018 Farm Bill removed hemp from the controlled substances act and classified it as an agricultural commodity.
Can I fly with Full Spectrum Hemp Oil products?
Understandably many people have anxiety over whether or not they can fly with full spectrum hemp oil. So let’s clear this up:
Yes, it is completely legal to fly domestically in the United States with full spectrum hemp oil. If you are traveling outside the continental U.S. laws vary country to country so be sure to do your research.
Will CBD get me high?
Nope! REDEEMER Small Batch is Full Spectrum CBD that does contain THC, (under 0.3% -the legal limit,) but it is not enough to create a euphoric effect. Agricultural hemp supports wellness, not a high.
Will I fail a drug test?
It is important to remember that agricultural hemp, (where our CBD comes from,) may contain up to 0.3% THC, though these are extremely trace amounts that will not produce a high, it is possible to produce a false positive on a drug test.
We suggest being up front and talking with your doctor/ employer if this is a concern.
Is CBD addictive?
Nope! According to The World Health Organization: CBD is not addictive.
Are there any side effects with CBD?
CBD is still being researched, and though it has been given an extremely safe profile, not all benefits or side effects are known. The few side effects that have been reported at this time are dry mouth, dizziness, and fatigue. A much shorter list than with any pharmaceutical.
The best way to avoid unwanted side effects is to make sure your CBD is third party tested, consult your doctor, and start low and slow when adding CBD to your routine.
Luckily for you, we already made sure that the CBD in Redeemer Small Batch is pure, and third party tested. You can find those results here.
Can I take CBD with my medications?
As with any dietary supplement, we recommend consulting your doctor before adding CBD or other cannabinoids to your daily routine.
Can I take CBD if I am pregnant or nursing?
There isn’t a ton of information out there on this topic. There have been some anecdotal stories of CBD easing postpartum depression and other issues related to pregnancy. However, this is a very personal decision that should always be discussed with your doctor.
